Daniel Hanson grew up on the floor of his family's sewing machine repair shop, fixing machines beside his father from the age of six. By twelve, his parents were sitting him down with customers to explain what was actually happening inside their machines - and he's been educating sewists ever since. Thirty years later, he's won national challenges for machine understanding and demonstration, trained Janome's top dealers, and helped tens of thousands of sewists get their machines making sense again.
